A line of anxious convention-goers fretted through National early this morning (Jamal Simmons among them!) that the two-count-em-two ticket agents on duty to get hundreds of people our boarding passes would cause us to miss our flights. Meanwhile, passenger Marcia Lieberman, there’s no excuse for yelling at the ticket agent. She didn’t design the shift schedule.
