		<description>&lt;p&gt;Actually, I believe they’ve added something like three to five thousand seats at Fenway in the last few years.  The seats on top of the Monster and a couple of other areas.  Boston is not NY where the pols will ramrod something through that gives millions to ownership for a new park.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;There were a couple of moves in the ’80s and ’90s to build a new park on the waterfront or other areas in Boston and all went down in flames because of no public financing.  Hell, Bob Kraft pretty much self financed the new football stadium and it was a long hard fight just to get the state to pay for road improvements/infrastructure.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So, other than some tweaks around the edges, what you see at Fenway is waht is going to be for the foreseeable future.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
