The seats on top of the Monster and a couple of other areas. Boston is not NY where the pols will ramrod something through that gives millions to ownership for a new park.</p> <p>There were a couple of moves in the ’80s and ’90s to build a new park on the waterfront or other areas in Boston and all went down in flames because of no public financing.
