Faiz Shakir at ThinkProgress has a screencapture from CNN’s presentation of United Nations Ambassador-designate Susan Rice at the Obama national-security team rollout this morning.

Rice’s inadvertent expression in this picture says it all. Needless to say, there is no State Dept. post for "African-American Affairs" — it’s just that Rice is African-American. I’m just going to go out on a limb and guess that a white person designed this graphic.
