Amanda IM’d me a Los Angeles Times story reporting that Samuel L. Jackson is upset with the amount of money you’re willing to pay him to play Nick Fury in your upcoming Avengers/Captain America/Iron Man movies. I do not know how much you want to pay him. Nor do I know how much your budget is. I’d also be willing to guess that SLJ went to the press so as to strengthen his negotiating hand. But I would like to say that I do not care. Samuel L. Jackson is Nick Fury. You said so yourself when you created Ultimate Nick Fury. Please pay him what he wants.
