Now they are allies in the effort.<br /> - Furthermore, the war has made Iran the dominant power in the region.<br /> - His push for “Arab democracy” in spite of all the warnings, led to Hamas control of Gaza.<br /> - He has totally degraded any American interest in the region. The Arab governments might have tolerated the US “tilt” towards Israel, but Bush’s “crusade” against “terrorists” and “Islamofascists” left no doubt about his feeling toward them. (Poppy maintained better relationships.)<br /> -He has sapped our military to the point that they may not be able to intervene in the even of another significant conflict.</p> <p>Some friend!</p> If Bush was a friend of Israel, it needs more enemies.
