Into that latter category falls the arrival of my friend Marty Lederman as the new deputy assistant attorney general for the Office of Legal Counsel, as Marcy point out. In his honor I post something I have reason to believe he’ll enjoy.

You are right. Sadly, I don’t know much about Marty. I’ve heard of him before obviously. To see that he’s one of the few people the whole lefty blogostan likes warms my heart. Change sure is a comin’.
