Everyone’s favorite "radical transnationalist," the Shiite cleric Yale Law Dean Harold Koh, will have his confirmation hearing to become State Department legal adviser tomorrow at 2:15 p.m. before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, according to a just-released committee statement. Daphne recently noted that Koh has the support of fellow Islamic radical Kenneth Starr, and Dave reported that the conservative campaign against Koh was in the pristinest form of good faith.
