Judge Bates issued such a decision today. He narrowed the grounds for being able to hold detainees. Most of the time, I see no difference other than they ‘pretend’ they don’t like Republicans (just have lunch/dinner/attened same $ raising functions) but really both appeal to the same ‘base’ (Wall street, Banks, megacorps).
