That was one of the questions Sen. Russ Feingold asked Richard Holbrooke that made Feingold alarmed over the Obama administration’s strategic thinking about the war.

Now maybe that just hasn’t manifested yet. The Pakistani military hasn’t expanded its campaign into the tribal areas, where the Pak Taliban went after being driven from Swat. So maybe if the "insane dream" comes true, we’ll see the Pakistani Taliban cross the border.
