For whatever it’s worth, and apropos of nothing, as a longtime off-and-on denizen of Silicon Valley, I’d just like to point out that there is nothing even remotely resembling a “downtown Campbell”.

Lying generally between the City College/Valley Med complex and Los Gatos, on the way to Fry’s or Hooters, it would be difficult to pin down it’s general location, let alone a specific center…
