Soencer, what you are missing is that September 11th didn’t happen to a people living in overwhelmingly liberal cities. Rather, it happened to conservatives living in the South and Midwest who imagine New York to be 100% gay. I never understood why people the farthest from the actual attacks freaked out the most, but, hey, that’s what happened.
