And I’m guessing I’m not the only one who finds Brennan’s presence “unusual” given that this is a “foriegn policy” meeting that would be generally considered outside the scope of his duties.

What I don’t get if they really are even slightly sincere about winning any hearts and minds in Afghanistan why is only 2% of the monies being spent making it to the people of Afghanistan? Still in touch with my friend over there. They keep wondering why the Afghani people are not being hired for jobs instead of bringing in more private contractor. Put the people to work
