I don’t think you should be so quick to reject the terms on offer. Perhaps you should learn some nuance, and try to distinguish the terms one from the other, and remember, there are two sides to every story.
Closer, or shall I say, actual analysis may be beneficial.

It’s not that demands like those make Al Qaeda look reasonable, it’s that they make America look unreasonable. Because most of those demands are things I’d like to do anyway.
