All They Talk About Is Terrorism On Television

I don’t really know what to make of the Mumbai coordinated terrorist attacks yet. We should have a claim of responsibility soon. My first instinct was to think Beitullah Massoud’s Pakistani Taliban have a role in this, but I truly have no idea. Still, look at the Times of India’s account of a hostage-taking at the Taj Hotel:

"The two young boys came to the restaurant and took us upstairs. We were taken to the 18th floor from where we escaped", he said.

Replying to a question, [businessman Rakesh] Patel said the terrorists wanted to know if any one of the hostages was carrying American and British passports.

They clearly wanted foreigners, he added.
