DoD Identifies Army Casualty
The Department of Defense announced today the death of a soldier who was supporting Operation Enduring Freedom.
Master Sgt. Mitchell W. Young, 39, of Jonesboro, Ga., died on Jul 13 of wounds sustained when his vehicle struck an improvised explosive device in Kajaki
Sofla, Afghanistan. He was assigned to 1st Battalion, 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne), Fort Bragg, N.C.
