Six Seven Members of Congress Say Panetta Testified That CIA Misled Congress About ‘Significant Actions’

They’re members of the House intelligence committee, and they wrote a letter to Panetta on June 26 saying that he determined CIA did indeed mislead Congress. Read all about it, including the full letter, at the Washington Independent.
